Our platform is intended for audiences of all ages and is designed to provide a safe environment for all users.
These Guidelines establish strict standards for content that is permitted and content that is prohibited on the platform, based on U.S. federal law, payment processor policies, and the standards of applicable app stores.
Chapter 1: Prohibited Conduct (General Content Standards)
Content that falls into the following categories, including text, images, videos, and other materials, is prohibited, and if a violation is confirmed, enforcement actions such as content removal or account suspension may be taken.
Depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation, the extent of harm, and the level of legal risk, we may take actions including warnings, visibility restrictions, demonetization, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, and reports to law enforcement.
However, in matters involving CSAM, threats of violence, fraud, or situations requiring coordination with law enforcement, we may limit prior notice or the disclosure of detailed reasons.
1. Privacy and Security
Privacy Violations: Posting another person’s personally identifiable information, such as address, phone number, or location information, or attempting to solicit such information from other users.
Fraud and Phishing: Spam text, such as “guaranteed profit”, or directing users to suspicious external URLs. Conduct that steals users’ assets or passwords.
Spam and Evasion Through Obfuscation: Mass posting of meaningless strings, such as word salad, or malicious attempts to evade filters through emojis or masked characters, including inserting spaces or periods.
2. Illegal Activity, Violence, and Public Health
Illegal Drugs and Weapons: Promoting the purchase or sale of marijuana, illegal drugs, or prescription drugs. Descriptions related to the manufacture or sale of firearms or explosives. Transfer of items prohibited for minors, such as alcohol or tobacco.
Violent Conduct and Terrorism: Content that creates a clear danger of real-world harm, including death threats, bomb threats, real-world physical violence, unlawful entry, and support for terrorist organizations.
Health and Medical Misinformation: Medical advice that lacks scientific support, such as claims that “XX cures cancer”, or misinformation that threatens public health.
Professional Advice: In fields for which qualification, registration, or licensure is required under state or federal law, including law, tax, medicine, investment, insurance, real estate, accounting, immigration, and psychological counseling, it is prohibited for any person who does not hold the required qualification to provide, for compensation, professional judgments, diagnoses, prescriptions, tax return preparation, investment recommendations, determinations of legal rights and obligations, or similar services based on individual circumstances. However, general or educational information, sharing of personal experiences, news commentary, and posts encouraging consultation with a qualified professional are permitted, provided they are not misleading.
3. Harassment and Hate Speech
Bullying and Threats: Persistent defamation, abuse, threats, or threatening conduct directed at a specific user.
Hate Speech: Discriminatory, demeaning, or attacking statements based on race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
4. Self-Harm and Protection of Younger Users
Promotion of Self-Harm or Suicide: Content that teaches methods of suicide or glorifies or encourages self-harm.
Content Contrary to Mental Health Protection: Content that affirms eating disorders, such as pro-ana content, language that excessively glorifies thinness, such as thinspo, or recommendations for extreme dieting.
5. Commerce, Intellectual Property, and Platform Integrity
Auction Manipulation: Bid-rigging proposals, shill bidding, solicitation of direct off-platform transactions, or other conduct that undermines fairness.
Undisclosed Marketing: Posts that fail to make a clear disclosure, such as “#ad” or “#sponsored”, despite receiving compensation, in violation of FTC guidelines.
Illegal Lotteries: Sweepstakes or giveaways that meet the elements of “consideration + chance + prize” and are illegal under U.S. law, where no free alternative method of entry is available.
Violation of Publicity Rights: Using the name of an actual celebrity or politician without authorization to falsely imply endorsement and induce purchases.
Intellectual Property Infringement and Piracy: Directing users to illegal download links, unauthorized reposting of another person’s paid content, or posting leaked data. Copyright owners may submit takedown requests for content they believe is infringing under the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the applicable content and, where appropriate, suspend the accounts of repeat infringers.
Election Interference: Intentional false information intended to interfere with voter behavior, such as false information about voting dates or times.
Chapter 2: Adult Content (NSFW) Determination Standards
As an all-ages platform, healthy suggestiveness and exposure with artistic or entertainment value, such as non-explicit modeling content or cosplay, are permitted, but explicit depictions of sexual intercourse and exposure of genitalia are strictly prohibited.
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Citizen’s Guide to Federal Law on Obscenity, including the Miller test, expression that constitutes legally obscene material may be subject to federal prosecution.
Content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification, content that emphasizes sexual body parts, and sexual or fetish content considered inappropriate for minors are prohibited.
Even where the content involves swimwear, cosplay, or similar attire, it is prohibited if the pose, camera angle, caption, or sales solicitation is primarily intended to cause sexual arousal.
1. Visual Assessment Criteria (Prohibited Clothing and Exposure)
If any of the following applies, the content will be classified as R18/18+ and may not be posted.

2. Posing and Movement Assessment Criteria
Even if the visual exposure is within the permitted standards, the content is not permitted if any of the following contextual elements are present.
Excessive Wedging and Leg Spreading: A composition that directs the crotch area straight toward the camera and emphasizes the area around the genitalia, such as an excessive M-shaped spread-leg pose. Extreme wedging that suggests mucosal exposure.
Disarranged Clothing: Depictions that strongly suggest the moments immediately before or after sexual intercourse, such as shifting underwear or partially removing clothing. Actions that use one’s own hands to pull fabric into the body or spread it open.
Suggestion of Sexual Activity: Masturbation or fondling, the presence of liquid suggestive of semen, use of sex toys or other adult products, or poses suggestive of insertion, including actions imitating deep-throat activity or anal shots.
Exaggerated Facial Expressions: Facial expressions that directly depict sexual climax.

Chapter 3: Policy on Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Material (CSAM)
Our platform strictly prohibits sexual content involving minors, meaning persons under 18 years of age, or persons who appear to be minors, regardless of format, including live action, CG, illustration, or text.
If a violation is confirmed, the account will be suspended immediately, and the matter will be reported, as required by law, to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other law enforcement authorities.
If we collect personal information from a child under 13 years of age, or if we become aware that a child under 13 is using our services, we may take measures in accordance with applicable law, including parental consent, data minimization, deletion requests, and restrictions on targeted advertising.
